Course Policies

  1. #1-HAVE FUN!

  2. ONLY paid golfers are allowed on the golf course. i.e. – all ride-alongs will be charged a cart fee.

  3. PLEASE notify the golf shop ahead of time for any tee time changes including time and number of players.

  4. EVERYONE on the golf course must check in at the clubhouse.

  5. ALL food and beverages on golf course grounds must be purchased from Albion Ridges. No private beer or liquor is to be carried on or consumed on the golf course. This is a state law.

  6. PLAY ready golf. Expected pace of play is a MAX of 2 hours per 9 holes.

  7. REPAIR all ball marks and divots promptly. Please RAKE all marks in sand bunkers.

  8. PROPER attire must be worn at all times.

  9. PROPER etiquette must be observed at all times. Abusive or offensive language, behavior, or drunkenness will not be tolerated. Violators may be told to leave the course without a refund.

  10. RAINCHECKS are based on the number of holes completed and will only be given at the discretion of management. Rainchecks maybe redeemed for green fees and cart fees only.

  11. MANAGEMENT may join singles, twosomes and threesomes to form foursomes.

  12. ALL players must re-register at the clubhouse to play additional holes. Golfers scheduled for only nine holes do NOT always have priority on the number 10 tee box.

  13. GOLFERS coming off of a first nine have priority on their next starting tee box.

  14. RULES for motorized carts

    1. All drivers must be of legal driving age and have a driver’s license.

    2. Motorized carts must remain on the course at all times. Do not drive on or across roads.

    3. Keep motorized carts at least 30 feet from all greens.

    4. Keep motorized carts off all tee boxes.

    5. Keep motorized carts out of the high grass, low areas, roped off areas, and off mounds.

    6. Motorized cart renters/private owners are responsible for all damages caused by motorized carts.

    7. Maximum of two persons per motorized cart.

  15. MANAGEMENT is not responsible for lost items or accidents. Persons play at their own risk.

  16. THERE is no place on the course safe from lightning. Play is at your own risk, please note the safety precautions posted in the clubhouse and recommended by the USGA.
